Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing email management tool, which will give you complete control over your mailbox accounts and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new email mailbox in an instant and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox account to another, set up e-mail filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your email box accounts against spam mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a certain email account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming mail messages on the basis of certain criteria specified by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and change the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Just choose the e-mail box you want to forward mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the email client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the electronic mail account you want to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail box will be set up in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to see and our system will do the rest. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
